Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to oversee and manage a team of Area Sales Executives and Process Associates.
Job Responsibilities :
– Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of Area Sales Executives and Process Associates to achieve sales targets.
– Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the team and track performance against targets.
– Actively engage in direct sales efforts to meet and exceed personal sales targets alongside the team.
– Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews and provide coaching to improve conversion rates and productivity.
– Ensure that sales executives effectively promote and sell project service subscriptions in the assigned region.
– Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize retention and referrals.
– Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction with company services.
– Maintain accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasting data to ensure transparency in team performance.
– Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, team progress, and revenue projections.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and operational procedures.
