We are looking for customer relationship officer who can build good relationship with shopkeeper and convert them into clients.
Responsibility:
– Explain the client/shopkeeper about service features.
– To collect bill amount from client/shopkeeper every month.
– Maintain a good rapport with existing and new client/shopkeeper.
– Ensure client/shopkeeper expectations are met what we have promised to deliver.
– Giving fanatical support and listing service to our client/shopkeeper both voice and non voice based.
